A change is coming to mortgage loan servicing

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Starting September 2, 2025, the servicing of mortgage loans through 1st University Credit Union transfered from TruHome Solutions, LLC to Member First Mortgage, LLC (MFM). While loan terms, rates, and your relationship with the credit union remain the same, this change affects where and how payments are made.

Please note that any automatic payment deductions currently set up will stop with this transfer. To continue making payments automatically, you’ll need to complete an ACH form and return it to MFM, or sign up for ACH drafting online beginning September 5, 2025, at www.memberfirstmortgage.com. Once there:

  1. Click on “Login”

  2. From the dropdown, click “My Loan Account”

  3. Next, select “Register My Account.” Complete the fields and follow the prompts.
